Sophia is a fluent native Spanish speaker. Using her bilingual skills in past administrative positions, she prides herself in her cultural awareness. Her role is critical as she provides additional support to staff, handles all incoming calls on a multi-line system, including handling critical initial client intakes, and prepares client communications. Sophia enjoys long nature walks and trying new foods in her spare time. She’s an active member in the community and likes to explore the twin cities for new adventures.
