Meet Calleigh McRaith

Calleigh earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and her Bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College in Illinois.

Calleigh has practiced immigration law since 2012 and works on a wide range of employment-based, family-based, and humanitarian immigration cases. She represents employers on a full range of petitions for both skilled and unskilled workers, including temporary worker petitions and green card cases. In addition to working in private immigration practice, she served as an Attorney Advisor at the Fort Snelling, Minnesota Immigration Court as part of the Department of Justice Honors program and clerked for Justice G. Barry Anderson on the Minnesota Supreme Court.

Calleigh has also worked on international human rights projects in Mongolia, Sri Lanka, Haiti, Northern Ireland, and South Africa, including projects for the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Violence Against Women.
