Temporary Work Visas

We prepare temporary work visa applications based on a thorough evaluation of each case to determine the best strategy to pursue.  Each visa classification has a different set of eligibility requirements and a different application process.  Some applications require an employer-filed petition within the United States, while others require an application at the border, or at a consulate abroad.  We use our vast experience working with different visa categories, application procedures, and U.S. consulates for the benefit of our clients.

Specific work visa options include: B-1 for international business; E-1 for treaty traders, E-2 for treaty investors; E-3 for Australian professionals; H-1B for professionals in specialty occupations; H-2A and H-2B for seasonal or other short-term employment; H-3 for corporate trainees; L-1A for managers or executives, L-1B for specialized knowledge employees; J-1 for exchange visitors; O-1 for individuals with extraordinary ability in their field; P-1, P-2, and P-3 for performers; R-1 for religious workers; and TN for Canadian and Mexican professionals.
