Deportation and Removal Defense

We have extensive experience successfully defending individuals in removal or deportation proceedings.  A person may be deportable for different reasons because of immigration violations like visa overstays or because of criminal convictions.  Non-citizens, including permanent residents, are subject to deportation for even minor criminal offenses.  We are experienced in pursuing various forms of relief available in immigration court proceedings in order to prevent deportation, including through cancellation of removal, asylum, adjustment, temporary protected status, and waivers of certain grounds of inadmissibility or deportability.  We represent clients on appeals through the Board of Immigration Appeals and in federal court.  We respect the trust that our clients place in us to reach the most favorable outcome under often very challenging circumstances.
