Mai joined Davis & Goldfarb as an associate attorney in 2007.  She works primarily on corporate immigration matters where she assists employers and individuals with employment-based visas and with permanent residence through labor certification applications.  She also represents individuals and families with adjustment of status and naturalization cases.  Mai received her B.A. from the University of St. Thomas and earned her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law.  She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  Mai was born in Ban Vanai, a refugee camp in Thailand.  She speaks fluent Hmong.
